The painted carving of the legend of Sigurd the Dragon Slayer has been put up in our Anglo-Scandinavian themed room in the longhall. The gist of the story was covered in an earlier post but the moral is to always remember to suck your thumb if you get burnt roasting a dragons heart. Oh, and always listen to the birds, especially if you can understand them. Anyway, good to see that Sigurd is standing proud and erect in the bedroom (add your own punchline).
