Carving continued over the following Monday with the designs embellished and additional gargoyle-like creations being shaped onto the bedposts (some of them particularly terrifying).

Wednesday’s group grew to even more epic proportions, forcing the team to split into three groups. One focussed on cracking out the joints for the bed, the second got splitting another oak log and the third began digging out the dugout canoe.

Our final Wednesday was spent whittling spoons, stuffing our faces with Yule time treats and looking forward to what 2014 has in store for us. See you all again on the 8th of January!
