The inside of the Roman dining-room has started to get its first additions of render, with the stone fakery continuing into the doorway. The Saxon longhall has almost finished turning yellow on the outside. Once the uprights are painted purple it should achieve its true imperial grandeur (shurely not Ed.). The interior partition is looking so good we will have to spruce up the rest of the timberwork.
