Thursday the 20th of June saw the team assemble once again at the Avalon Marshes Centre, with yet more fresh faces swelling the ranks. We decided to dedicate the day to assembling the doors, which were all in pieces and looking like a huge jigsaw.

The boards required quite a bit of fiddling and finishing to get them all to join, a task which occupied us for most of the day. Alongside that, we needed to make a huge quantity of wooden pegs / trennels  / tree nails to hold it all together (the blisters are just about fading…).

By the end of the day we just about had them ready to be pegged together, with our thoughts turning to how we are going to hang them in the doorway…
