Work continues on various projects including a bed, based on one from the Oseberg ship burial, and the stone roofing for the porch of the Roman building. Meanwhile Mike has just finished another superb carving for the Saxon longhall, done in deep relief to make it stand out in the dim lighting of the longhall. The desgins are inspired by Saxon manuscript illustrations.
